Loyalty Program

One Club. Every Hotel. One Code.

Built for groups, chains and large single properties — and for the markets where guests expect a club.

A guest joins once and is recognized across every property in the club. The identity is central: one member, one code, valid everywhere the club reaches. The pricing isn't — each hotel decides what to offer members, and when. That's the part most group programs get wrong.

Who It's For

A Club Is Easy to Open. Worth Joining Is the Hard Part.

What makes a club work is a base of guests who come back — and, in a group, whether each hotel still has a reason to support it.

Groups and chains

One club across every property, without asking twelve hotels to price the same way. Small groups and large chains alike.

Large single properties

Resorts, seaside villages, mountain properties, parks: anywhere one property is big enough to have guests who return season after season. We run clubs for properties up to 2,000 rooms.

Markets that expect one

In some markets a guest club isn't a differentiator, it's the entry ticket. If yours is one of them, this is the module that answers it.

One Code, Every Property

One Member Across the Group. Every Hotel Still Sets Its Own Terms.

A group loyalty program usually means centralizing the offers — which is exactly what the individual hotels resist, because the revenue is theirs and so are the dates. So this one centralizes the identity instead, and leaves the pricing where it belongs.

  • One code, issued once

On registration each member receives a unique identification code, valid across every property that takes part in the club.

  • Each hotel writes its own member offers

Different offers at different properties, and discounts that only open in the periods you choose. Nobody has to price like anybody else.

  • The club gets an address of its own

Turning it on creates a dedicated mini-site: the benefits, the hotels that take part, and the sign-up form. The club exists outside the checkout, which is what makes it feel like a program instead of a checkbox.

  • Members managed from one place

View, edit and add members from a single dashboard, with control over their data and the benefits assigned to them.

How Members Join

Three Ways In. The Best One Happens Mid-Booking.

A club grows through the path that doesn't require the guest to go looking for it.

1

They're already a member, and they stay one

You don't have to rebuild the program you already run.

If your group already has a loyalty system, APIs are available to connect it two-way, member list included. And on the PMS side there's nothing to arrange: loyalty bookers' data goes to your PMS like every other booking.

2

They join on the club's own site

The mini-site that comes with the club.

Benefits, participating hotels, and a GDPR-compliant sign-up form.

3

They join while booking, at any hotel in the club

No prior registration, no separate visit.

A guest who isn't a member yet signs up inside the booking and unlocks the member rate on the spot, at any participating property. This is the one that fills the club, because it's the only one that doesn't depend on the guest deciding to look for it.

Member Benefits

More Than a Discount.

  • As many member rates as you want

Rate plans and offers can both be reserved for members, with no limit on how many — and each property can create its own.

  • Visible in the booking engine, and in the comparison

Where the platform supports it, member rates appear on metasearch too: a member rate isn't a public rate, so it can be lower without touching what your parity agreements cover.

  • Open only when it earns you something

Member discounts can be enabled for specific periods, property by property.

  • Nothing disappears when a member rate doesn't apply

If there's no member rate for those dates, the guest sees every other rate exactly as before. The club adds a price; it never removes one.

  • The Guest Area is where they come back

Members find their history there, and re-book in a couple of taps instead of starting over.

  • Their data goes where you already work

Member records sync with your PMS and your CRM, so a club member is a contact you can actually use — not a row in a system nobody opens.
