Converto
They Asked. You Quoted. They Booked.
The Quote Manager Built Into Your Booking Engine — for the Guests Who Fill In a Form, Send an Email, or Pick Up the Phone.
A request comes in. An operator picks it up, builds a quote with the rooms and rates that fit it, and sends it. What lands is not a PDF: it's a page of its own, branded for that guest, where they compare the options you chose, ask you a question, add the services they want, and book. Last year, hotels on Simple Booking handled over 2 million quotes this way.

You're Already Sending Quotes. By Hand.
Instant booking on your website doesn't remove the guests who'd rather ask. It just leaves you answering them in a text editor.
Some guests will always ask first
Even with a booking engine live on your site, a share of your demand fills in a form, writes an email, or calls — sometimes just to try for a better price. That traffic doesn't go anywhere.
So the offer gets written out by hand
Rooms retyped, prices looked up, services listed from memory, and the whole thing sent to one person at a time.
It goes out hours later, or the next morning
Which is roughly when the same guest is looking at three other hotels.
And then nothing holds it together
The price isn't locked, the options can't be compared side by side, and the guest has no way to say yes except by replying to your email.
This is why hotels that sell perfectly well online still lose the requests. The demand arrives; the answer is manual.
Four Ways In. One of Them Is a Search That Failed.
Every route ends in the same place: a request sitting in the back office, waiting for someone to pick it up.
A form on your site
Widget or form, your pages.
Put the request form where your guests already are. It arrives in Converto ready to be quoted.
Your booking engine, sold out
The search that would have ended.
When the booking engine has no availability for those dates, the guest can send the hotel a request instead — with the dates and the number of guests already filled in, plus anything they want to add. A search that found nothing becomes a contact you can answer.
From another system, over API
Requests you already collect.
Requests can be pushed into Converto from an external system through the API.
The phone, and the inbox
The ones that never look like leads.
A call at the front desk or a mail to the hotel address goes into Converto by hand, and from that point on it's a request like any other — same states, same quote, same tracking.
One Quote. Several Rooms. Real Choices.
The operator opens the request and sees what's actually available. From there the quote gets assembled — not as a single price to take or leave, but as a set of options the guest can compare.
More than one room, and more than one answer
A quote can carry several rooms, and several alternative proposals to choose between. The guest picks one; the others were there to make the choice easy.
Every room with its own terms
Rate plans, offers and meal plans, chosen per room — so a flexible rate with breakfast and a non-refundable half-board sit in the same quote and the guest can see the difference.
Services that are optional, or built in
Add extras the guest can remove, or include them in the offer so they're part of what's being sold.
Discounts, inside the limits you set
Each operator can price below your published rates according to their role and permissions — up to the limit they're authorized for, and no further. Front desk autonomy without a signing meeting for every quote.
Not a Document. A Page That Books.
Every other quote tool produces a file. The guest reads it, then has to come back to you to do anything about it — and that's where the conversion goes. Converto sends a page instead, and the page does the closing.
A site of its own, for that one quote
Sending the quote creates a branded landing page built for that guest. The email lands on it; everything happens there.
They explore and choose
The proposals you selected, side by side, with photos, terms and totals — laid out to be compared, not decoded.
They ask you inside the quote
Chat and messaging are built into the page, synchronous and asynchronous. The guest writes on the quote itself; you answer from the back office, and you're notified the moment it arrives if you're online. No thread to find, no attachment to re-send.
They add what they want
Services and extras get added by the guest, on the page, before they commit.
And they pay
The booking is completed right there, with the payment methods and gateways your hotel already uses.
You get a booking, not a reply
What arrives in your system is a reservation, with the quote it came from attached to it.
And it tends to stay booked
Reservations that came through a confirmed quote cancel at around 5% — up to about 10% at the properties where it runs highest. Across all Simple Booking properties last year, direct bookings cancelled at 13.95% and bookings from intermediated channels at 27.89%. A guest who explored the options, asked a question and paid has already made the decision twice.

The email and the landing page are personalized for each individual quote — and not just in the greeting.
Templates you build once
Set the look, then reuse it.
Content templates and reusable content parts, so the second quote of the day takes a fraction of the first.
More than rooms and prices
PDFs, galleries, HTML, video, maps.
Put whatever makes the case into the quote page, next to the rooms, rates, offers and services being quoted.
Chosen when you send
Template, audience, media.
The operator picks all three at the moment of sending, alongside the proposals themselves — it's one decision, not a second project.
A couple asks for three nights in September
They get the romantic gallery, copy written for two people, the right room for the occasion, and the video of the pool at sunset.
A family with three children asks for the same dates
The graphics, the copy and the content of both the email and the landing page change completely — and it takes a few clicks.
And this is where the 23% goes.

Best-performing, last year
Four of the best-performing properties on Converto, each booking between €3M and €4.6M through quotes alone.
The module is the same for everyone. What changes is how much of the quote is about this guest.
The Price Holds. The Availability Gets Checked.
A quote is a promise about a number, so the number has to survive contact with your rate calendar. This is exactly what happens, and where the limit is.
The price is locked
What the guest saw in the quote is what they pay, even if your rates moved after you sent it.
Availability is verified as they go
By default it's checked at every step, and if a quote carried several proposals, the ones that are no longer available drop out. We'd rather remove an option than sell a room twice.
Or hold the rooms outright
On any individual quote you can turn that behavior off, and the rooms in it stay guaranteed. It's the setting you use on a group, or on a date worth holding.
Request to Reservation, in a Few Clicks.
Converto covers the whole workflow — the request arriving, the quote going out, the questions, the yes, the reservation. Building and sending a quote is a handful of clicks, and from there it moves as the guest moves. Every request carries its own state, so nothing sits in an inbox waiting for somebody to remember it: you can see what's out, what's been answered and what's been accepted, without asking anyone. A declined quote even asks the guest for a reason — so it can be reopened and changed instead of closed. A no with a reason is a second conversation.
When a quote is accepted, the booking is saved with the quote it came from attached to it — and the guest and the reservation go straight to your PMS. Nothing gets re-typed, nothing needs a second tool, and nothing depends on somebody remembering to follow up.
